Event plans do not need to become social-media intelligence.
Count Me In gives the organiser a clear response picture without turning recipients into a public list, social feed, marketing audience, shared data pool, or open signal of who plans to be away.
Clear replies without making people or plans public.
Count Me In is for organisers who need a clear answer without turning an event into a public conversation. It helps schools, clubs, families, youth groups, churches, teams, and community organisers keep replies controlled and easy to check.
Parents and carers can see that the organiser has a proper reply process. The organiser can see who is confirmed, pending, declined, waitlisted, or bringing guests without relying on social-media posts, comment threads, or noisy group chats.
The answer is on the dashboard.
Count Me In removes the organiser’s constant question: “how many are coming?” One screen shows the live event state without scrolling group chats, chasing replies, repairing spreadsheets, or manually counting responses.

Each event keeps its own live status.
Existing Events keeps every event separate. The organiser can sort events, open one event card, check its current numbers, adjust seats, postpone it, archive it, or manage overflow without mixing it with another event.
