Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 June 2026
These terms apply to Antiphonics products and organiser tools, including Count Me In and related event-invite systems.
Organisers use Antiphonics tools to send controlled event invites, manage replies, and see who is coming. Recipients do not pay, install an app, or create an account. They open the invite link and reply.
1. Service purpose
Antiphonics provides private invite and reply tools for organisers. The service helps organisers send event information, attach relevant event details or files, manage invite records, and view response status such as confirmed, declined, pending, guests, and waitlist.
2. Organiser access
Organiser access may be provided by request, payment, approved account creation, invited access, or another controlled access path. Antiphonics may approve, reject, limit, suspend, or close organiser access where necessary for security, misuse prevention, payment issues, operational limits, or business reasons.
3. Recipient access
Event recipients do not need to buy anything, install an app, or create an account to reply to an invite. They need access to the invite link, an email or message where the invite was received, and a browser-capable device.
4. User responsibilities
Organisers must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful event communication. Organisers must not use Antiphonics tools for spam, harassment, abusive messaging, misleading invitations, unlawful content, impersonation, or misuse of recipient information.
5. Recipient information and contact lists
Organisers are responsible for ensuring they have a proper basis to contact recipients. Antiphonics is not a public directory, social network, ticketing identity system, or list-brokerage service.
6. Event content, files, and messages
Organisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of event details, uploaded files, follow-up messages, images, documents, and recipient lists they use with the service. Antiphonics may restrict or remove content where required for operational, legal, safety, or misuse-prevention reasons.
7. Plans, payments, and allowances
Paid access is processed through Stripe or another approved payment path. Prices, plan allowances, and send limits are shown on the relevant product, checkout, or access page. If a send allowance is exceeded or payment is not valid, sending may be blocked until the issue is resolved.
8. Trials, free access, and limited access
Trial, free, manually approved, or invited access may be limited by time, send allowance, event count, review status, or operational controls. Antiphonics may change, reduce, pause, or withdraw unpaid access where needed.
9. Availability
Antiphonics services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. The service may be updated, paused, repaired, limited, or modified when needed for maintenance, hosting issues, payment processing, misuse prevention, security, product changes, or operational reasons.
10. No guarantee of outcomes
Antiphonics tools help organisers send invitations and track replies. They do not guarantee attendance, recipient honesty, inbox delivery to every recipient, payment by recipients, event success, legal compliance for the organiser’s event, or that every device/browser/email system will behave identically.
11. Privacy and data use
Antiphonics aims to keep data collection limited and practical. The separate Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used for the service, payment records, organiser accounts, event records, invite handling, response tracking, and lawful administration.
12. Intellectual property
Antiphonics, product names, page content, product structure, design, wording, code, and related materials remain owned by their respective owners. Users must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, clone, or misuse the service or its materials.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antiphonics is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, missed attendance, lost event revenue, loss caused by third-party failures, recipient mistakes, organiser misuse, email delivery issues, hosting outages, or consequences of unlawful or improper use.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Antiphonics products develop. Continued use after changes means the updated terms apply.
