Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 May 2026

These Terms of Service apply to ConfTrack and related Antiphonics event organiser tools.

1. Service purpose

ConfTrack is a controlled event invitation and response-tracking tool for organisers. It helps organisers send event information, manage invite records, and view response counts.

2. Controlled access

Access may be granted by request, invited tester access, free trial, or paid plan. Antiphonics may approve, reject, suspend, or close access where necessary for security, misuse prevention, operational limits, or business reasons.

3. User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, use ConfTrack only for lawful event communication, and avoid spam, harassment, abusive messaging, misleading invitations, unlawful content, or misuse of recipient information.

4. Recipient information

Organisers are responsible for ensuring they have a proper basis to contact recipients. ConfTrack is not a public directory, ticketing identity system, or social network.

5. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan allowances, prices, and features are shown on the relevant payment or product page. Unless otherwise stated, access is manually reviewed and activated after payment or request review.

6. Trials and tester access

Free trials and invited tester access may be limited by time, event count, sends, review status, or operational controls. Antiphonics may change or withdraw trial access where needed.

7. Availability

ConfTrack is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We may update, pause, repair, limit, or modify the service as needed, especially during early launch and testing.

8. No guarantee of outcomes

ConfTrack helps track invitations and responses. It does not guarantee attendance, payment by recipients, recipient accuracy, event success, deliverability to every inbox, or legal compliance for the organiser’s event.

9. Intellectual property

Antiphonics, ConfTrack, site content, product structure, and related materials remain owned by their respective owners. Users must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antiphonics is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost event revenue, missed attendance, lost data caused by third-party failures, or consequences of organiser misuse.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as ConfTrack develops. Continued use after changes means the updated terms apply.
